– 30 days to return from receipt.
– Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging.
– Exclusions: underwear, swimwear, earrings (unless faulty).
– Customer pays return postage unless faulty/incorrect.
– Refunds within 14 days to original payment method.
– No direct exchanges – place new order.
– Faulty/incorrect items replaced or refunded at no cost.
